Hi, I am Claire, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Functional Nutrition practitioner.

I have designed the PCOS Support Programme to help women address the root causes of PCOS and help them attain healthy hormone balance.


This is a female health condition that really responds to diet and lifestyle changes.

I have been working with clients for years and I use evidence-based approaches that go beyond symptom-management.

I know change isn't always easy and many women with PCOS don't have the support they need to make, and stick to, the lifestyle shifts that can help with this complex condition.

  • Is this programme suitable for everyone? The programme is suitable for all women with PCOS who are over 18.
  • Can the programme be adjusted to suit my needs? This programme is an exclusively-online course. If you would like personalised help, please contact Claire for a 1:1 appointment. 
  • How do I access the content? The online modules and programme guide are available when you sign up. You will be given access to a learning portal where you can log in and access the materials in your own time. 
  • How much time will I need to dedicate to the programme? As much time as you like. Each module has sub-sections between 10-15 minutes long. You can dip in and out as it suits you. 
  • Do I need to know how to cook? No! Even though most of the meals should be prepared from scratch, basic skills are all you need. You will be given all the information you need to make the most of the programme.
  • Will I need to follow a strict diet? This programme is not an extreme diet, but you will need to commit to making some changes. The programme is self-directed. You will be provided with the guidance and recommendations, but can follow these at your own pace. The only caveat is that you may not notice results as quickly. 
  • Do I get 1:1 advice from Claire? Unfortunately not. This is a self-directed online programme. Please contact Claire if you wish to make a 1:1 appointment, or opt for the Ultimate programme option. 
  • Will I need to take supplements? No, this programme is a foundational, food-based plan.
