  • You'll receive a comprehensive guide explaining the approach and full of information and recipes you can use.
  • There is a library of video tutorials explaining the concepts behind the programme. These are great for those who want to enhance their health and nutrition knowledge. The tutorials cover a range of important health topics including gut health, energy and hormone balance.
  • You will also have access to some DIY home assessments on sleep, energy and digestive health. 
  • HEALTH COACHING OPTION: If you feel like you need more personalised attention, there is an option to sign up for two, 45-minute online health coaching sessions. See FAQs below for more details.

I have been working with clients for over 10-years and know that extreme 'detox' programmes are not sustainable.

This programme is not a diet, but a gentle reset, designed to help you relearn the basics of good nutrition and explain the science behind each recommendation. This is for you if you are feeling tired, sluggish or know that your diet needs a bit of a clean up.

As a practitioner and nutrition lecturer, I know that there is so much confusing and contradictory advice on optimal health. My approach is to go back to basics - support your in-built systems in a gentle way and gain balance in your body and mind.

Fresh Start Nutrition & Lifestyle Learning Library


The programme is for men and women over 18. It is for you whether you are 22 or 72!
This programme is not suitable for pregnant women, anyone with kidney disease or undergoing dialysis or children under 18.

The nutrition plan is safe and is not contraindicated with any specific medications. If you are on drugs like Warfarin or other anti-coagulants, you should seek a bespoke nutrition plan via Claire directly. 

No, this is a nutrition and lifestyle only programme. You will learn the principles of 'food as medicine' (Hippocrates).  

If you choose to sign up for the two health coaching sessions, I will make contact with you and we will schedule the online sessions. Each session is 45 minutes and we'll focus on topics that you feel you need the most support with. These could include stress management, sleep, weight loss, keeping habits, movement or motivation. The purpose of health coaching is to enable you to make healthy choices ongoing in a supported way.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can contact me for a 80% within 2 days of purchasing the course. Thereafter, you will have access to the full library of materials and a discount is not available. If you purchase the Optimum programme, we will agree separate T&Cs including refunds for unused coaching sessions.


You will have access to the materials for 12 months from date of registration.
